Emma Healthcare AI is a product of Jolabdan Group LLC, an Illinois limited liability company founded by Daniel Tom-Aba. We focus exclusively on multimodal AI for healthcare — population health, EHR-layered workflows, remote patient monitoring, lab and diagnostics, value-based care, and chronic disease management.
Our story
In 2024, we started building Emma as a clinical AI demonstration for a remote patient monitoring program in Illinois. The demo got real in a hurry — clinicians stopped using it as a demo and started using it as a tool. That's when we knew we had a platform, not a project.
Today, we're commercializing Emma as a licensable multimodal AI layer for health systems, clinics, labs, RPM platforms, and systems. We're solo-founded and intentionally small. We don't need to be the next unicorn — we need to be the company that ships production-grade healthcare AI faster than anyone else, with the compliance posture to back it up.
